Officer Dylan Owen was killed in a single-vehicle crash on North Mobile Street near Laird Drive in Citronelle.
Around 3:30 p.m., while driving southbound on North Mobile Street, Officer Owen's patrol vehicle left the roadway and crashed into a tree. Despite immediate lifesaving measures, Officer Owen died at the scene.
