Bio: Richard was born in Bamberg Germany son of Josphine McMahan and the late Arnold Edward McMahan. He was a 1980 graduate of Baker High School and was currently a Command Sergeant with the Columbus Police Department where he has been serving the citizens of Columbus for the past 40 years.
