Bio: Blaize was born in North Kansas City. He graduated from Smithville High School in 2018 and began his employment with American Medical Response (AMR) where he faithful served his community as an Emergency Responder for almost 2 years.
On July 8, 2021, he graduated from the Police Academy and began his career with the Independence Police Department. Blaize will be remembered as an avid coffee drinker, voracious eater, notorious refrigerator-peeker, man of fashion who loved playing computer games and Siracha on everything. He was also known as sweet, kind, respectful and loving. He was a warm presence in the room. His family, friends, fellow officers, and community has lost a bright and energetic, sacrificial servant who will be greatly missed. |
