Bio: Jason was a graduate of Slidell High class of 2001.

He joined the Slidell Police Department in August 2008. Throughout his time with Slidell PD, Jason was in both the Patrol and Traffic Divisions, on the Fatality and SWAT Teams, a Field Training Officer, member of the Honor Guard, and the Assistant Vice President of the Slidell Police Benevolent Association, amongst other things.

Jason received many rewards and recognition's including a life saving award for an incident that occurred in 2014.

Summary:	Officer Jason Seals succumbed to injuries sustained on September 25th, 2018, when he was involved in a motorcycle crash while escorting a funeral procession. He was traveling on the 1900 block of Highway 190W when another vehicle pulled out in front of him near the Grand Theatre. He was transported to University Hospital in New Orleans where he remained until succumbing to his injuries on November 17th, 2018.
