Mike is remembered by family and friends as a loyal honest caring person who is trust worthy. The type of person you meet and you immediately love him. Being an Uncle and Brother was the high light of his life he loved his family with everything he had and would drop anything to be their for them. His nephews loved to wrestle with him and being around him. He will always be a hero in the eyes of his nephews.
He was a 'Big Guy with a Big Heart.' He was a dedicated law enforcement officer who lived out the oath he swore to 'serve and protect.'
