Summary:
Deputy Michael Meyer was killed in a single vehicle accident while on patrol on Highway 95.
He was traveling northbound when his vehicle veered off the road and rolled over. He succumbed to his injuries at the scene. Deputy Meyer was the supervisor of the Water Safety Division.
Deputy Meyer had been employed with the Yuma County Sheriff's Department for four years.
