Summary: Deputy Robertson was shot and killed while transporting a prisoner to jail for the theft of a tire. Deputy Robertson was driving the suspect's vehicle with the suspect in the back seat. During the drive the suspect kidnapped Deputy Robertson and murdered him. His body was found the next day. Deputy Robertson had been with the agency for eight years and was survived by his wife.
