Enter New Fallen Hero
If you would like to enter a friend or relative who was killed in the line of duty,
please read on. All Police, Fire, Corrections & EMT's; local, state or federal level; qualify for entry here in our database. The process may be considered rather lengthy, but we believe honoring fallen heroes
by giving the reader a sense of "knowing the person" certainly justifies the time and effort involved,
as well as the fact that your fallen hero will be honored and remembered for all time, here in our database and website.
This is a totally FREE service.
You definitely want to be prepared and have all materials ready BEFORE you begin the process. Below you will find
a list of information you will want to have ready to go. Once you have completed the new entry process and we have verified
the accuracy of your submission, your Hero will appear online for all to read about and honor.
It is very important for you to understand that we MUST be able to verify the accounting and facts of your
submission BEFORE it can appear online. We can only suggest to you various sources for this verification but there
certainly may be others ways that will suffice which we haven't listed. The bottom line remains: the submission must
be verified before it will appear online. We will make every effort possible to verify submissions for legitimacy and accuracy.
Since verification MAY be a lengthy process, we cannot guarantee when your approved submission will appear
online. We will notify you via email when it is verified and approved and is visible online.
Prior to your submission becoming active and online, you will be afforded the opportunity of changing, adding or deleting
anything you wish. We will provide you access to the file using a login UserID and a PASSWORD. You will select a password during
the submission process. After you submit your file info, we will send you your log in info via email. Once your submission has
been verified and approved and made active and online, you will no longer be able to log in and change anything. It is very important
you enter everything correctly and completely, as possible, before your submission goes online.
We do understand that in some cases all the info we would like to see about a Fallen Hero incident may not be known or available.
Therefore we do have bare minimums that must be provided. These minimums are noted in the Check List and actual submission process forms.
It is very important you finish the multi-stepped new entry process.
Incomplete submissions must be discarded.
